5 hacks to loose weight


1. Enjoy desserts but less often. Find that one treat you absolutely love and eat it on the weekend. Then stay strong until next weekend

2. Just because you bought it, doesn't mean you have to finish the whole thing. Listen to your body, its ok to throw away the rest.

3. Get a step counter. Try to take no less than 10,000 steps a day. It might sound hard, but its very possible.

4. Smile. Being happy or at least forcing yourself to smile has proven to help loose weight. By smiling, your body produces the fat burning hormones. While being stressed and sad, produces the weight gaining hormones.

5.Brush your teeth after dinner. Studies show that people are a lot less likely to eat and snack at night when they brush their teeth after dinner. This is because people don’t usually want to brush them twice before they go to bed.
